A deliberate pause for architectural integrity
I shut down the V1 of the app intentionally because it was like based and i didn't want my user to picture this app as another platform that attract noise.
Failing good is better than succeeding wrong.
Keeping V1 operational would have provided user engagement and potential growth metrics, but at the cost of establishing wrong psychological expectations about the platform's purpose.
The shutdown represents a choice: better to have no system than a system that reinforces the very problem we're trying to solve.
V2 is being built with the credibility-first principles documented throughout this system. The temporary closure allows for focused development without the psychological debt of a noisy V1 system.
